From Here to Equality
A Strategic Plan to Tackle Stigma and Discrimination on Mental Health Grounds 2004-2009
This 2004 report sets out a framework for a sustained programme to give people with experience of mental health problems back their rights, working in partnership across government, with the voluntary sector and with private orgainisations.
