OVERALL ASSESSMENT
from the Shift Review Panel
This package is recommended as providing a very comprehensive and evidence-based approach to mental health in the workplace.
The two resources are valuable and easy-to-use guides for (a) employees looking for tips on how to nurture their own mental health and (b) employers looking for clear and comprehensive guidance on designing and delivering mental wellbeing policies for their employees.
The design and layout is high quality and extremely attractive and there is clear signposting throughout both the employees’ and employers’ documents.
The document is innovative in the overt link it makes between physical and mental health.
